Quaker Campus Ad Policy

Submission and Due date
Ad inquiries are due by Friday at 5 p.m. before the issue you wish to publish in. The QC is released most Thursdays during the academic year, and not during holidays and finals. See our production schedule below.
Ad inquiries should include:
A correctly sized PDF of the ad you wish to place.
The date(s) you would like your ad to run.
A billing address (unless you are an on-campus organization at Whittier).
Be advised that the QC limits the number of ads we run per week to leave space for our own content. Thus, ads are approved on a first-come, first-serve basis, provided you fulfill our submission requirements.
If you would like to inquire about an ad before making one, then you may do so; however, be advised that you must have your ready-to-publish ad submitted by the above due date if you want it to run in the following issue.
Ads should be published as is, but may be stretched if they are of improper size.
The QC does not guarantee placement on a particular page of the paper. Your ad will be placed where there is room, but requests for specific page placement are honored whenever possible.
After your ad runs in the QC, you should receive an invoice with a copy or photo of the page your ad ran on. This will be by email, unless you specifically request a physical copy. Upon receipt of this confirmation, payment should be mailed or hand delivered to the LEAP office at Whittier College. Address as follows.

Make checks and money orders payable to “Quaker Campus Newspaper.” On campus organizations may pay directly to our ad account: 980500
One ad per organization per week. Unless already agreed upon by E.I.C
Invoice terms: “Make checks and money orders payable to Quaker Campus Newspaper. On-campus organizations can send payment to our ad account: 980500. Late payments will accrue 2% late fee on initial cost per month.”
